Alberto and Jonna should be attempting
Island Peak in these days, we should be hearing from them on the
weekend.
Weather reports for the area in these
days aren't the best, with rain at lower altitudes and moderate snow
higher up.
Temperatures will be low, close to
freezing at around 3500mt, and constantly below freezing higher up,
but they will be a slightly higher than they were last week.
Winds, especially in the higher areas
of Island Peak will be increasing (up to 50 km/h on friday night).
The weather will get better starting on
monday, but by then they should already be back to Pheriche.
